What to include

• The email address on your account.
• For payment questions: the payment reference (starts with LC-) or the phone number you paid from, the date, and the amount.
• For playback problems: the title, and what happened (error message, where it stops).

Rights holders

If you hold rights to content and believe it is being used on LugaCinema without permission, email support@lugacinema.com with the title, your proof of rights, and the page where you found it. We review every notice.
